SHIPPING DETAILS & TIMES:
Our items are sent out according to the postage rate, but please allow up to 5 days for delivery, as the postal service is the only part or the shipping process we have no control over.
Whilst every effort is made to stock every item we list on our site, it is not always possible and sometimes events outside of our control dictate any delays.
We do not send out emails as a matter of course other than the confirmation email you receive when placing your order. Rest assured that we will contact you if there is a problem with your order!

Due to increasing credit card and cheque payment fraud, Mobyrepairs will ONLY accept these payments from the owner of the credit card or cheque account. We will always verify these payments against the registered address of the credit card and confirm all cheques are legal with the relevant bank before sending out any items. Mobyrepairs apologise for any inconvenience, but feel that this is the only way to conquer fraud!
Mobyrepairs RETURNS POLICY:
At Mobyrepairs we want you to be happy with the goods you purchase from us. Our returns policy is detailed below:-
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the value of the goods returned upon receipt. Please note. Items damaged by normal daily usage can not be returned as defective.
Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Products:
We will accept the return of any item that has been incorrectly ordered by you or is simply unwanted provided that the products returned are unopened and in a "as new" condition. All incorrectly ordered or unwanted products returned to us will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge (subject to any damage or useage of products).
To return an item:
To return an item, simply enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to our address (see bottom of page). Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice. Alternatively enclose your name, address, e-mail contact or daytime telephone number. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box.
